Dashboard updated
New charts have been added showing anonymous information about your customers.
We continue to process and visualize anonymous information collected when your customers use the online menu. Several new widgets are available:
- Devices — simple statistics on the devices used to scan or open your menus. It isn’t particularly useful yet, but it looks nice 😎; it can also be used to compare across several of your locations. Some private studies suggest that device types can indicate the makeup of your customers.
- Locale — more useful information showing how many of your customers use a particular locale (language) to view the menu. This helps determine which countries your visitors come from or which language they prefer.
- Browsers — a low-utility widget that shows which browsers your customers use; similar to the “Devices” widget but useful for spotting bots that crawl the web and scan everything.
- Clients — shows trends for new and returning users. You can track how often returning customers visit (those who visited on another day). If returning users are consistently present, it means they like you and keep coming back again and again.
New dashboard widgets to view charts and track new and returning customers, devices and customers' preferred languages.
