• What is a Short Domain? We provide a selection of predefined short domains (e.g., qr8.es, qr12.eu, qr4.one) for user-created subdomains.
• What is a Subdomain? A unique identifier (e.g., myrestaurant.qr8.es) assigned to a user's resource (menu page).
• Subdomain Ownership: The subdomain is leased, not owned. restsify.com reserves the right to reclaim or modify subdomains if necessary.
• Subdomain Limitations: Users cannot transfer or sell subdomains. Subdomains must not contain offensive, misleading, or trademarked names.

QR CODES AND USAGE RIGHTS

Users can generate QR codes linking to their online menus. These QR codes are subject to the following terms:

• Personal & Commercial Use: QR codes generated by restsify.com can be used on printed materials, advertisements, and digital platforms.
• QR Code Customization: Users can modify the appearance of their QR codes, but underlying data remains linked to our platform.
• Inactive Accounts: If a subscription is not renewed, the QR code may become inactive.

USER CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are responsible for the content they upload, including images, descriptions, and pricing.

• Acceptable Content: Menus must not contain illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material without permission.
• Intellectual Property: Users retain rights to their uploaded content but grant restsify.com a license to display it.
• Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
