🚀 What’s New in Restsify?

With this release, two of our most popular templates — Element Nova and Codewind — now support:

1. Online ordering directly from your digital menu
2. Delivery and pickup (takeaway) options

This is a significant step toward building a complete restaurant POS and online sales ecosystem within Restsify.

🛒 Online Ordering from Your Digital Menu

You can now transform your menu into a fully interactive ordering system in just a few steps.

How it works:

1. You already have your menu created in Restsify
2. Go to template settings
3. Enable:
4. Cart Mode
5. Delivery Mode
6. Save changes

That’s it — your customers can now:

1. Browse your menu
2. Add items to cart
3. Place an order directly from their phone

Order options available:

1. 📦 Delivery
2. 🏃 Pickup (self-collection)
3. 💳 Payment methods:
4. Cash
5. Card (on-site terminal)

⚠️ Online payments are not yet integrated — but this is planned in future updates.

🔔 Smart Notifications System

We’ve added a flexible notification system so you never miss a new order.

New settings available:

1. Notification channels configuration
2. Event subscription: “New Order Created”

Supported channels:

1. Telegram
2. Email
3. Browser notifications (if your admin panel is open)

Once configured, you’ll instantly receive alerts whenever a customer places an order.

🤖 Telegram Bot Integration

We’ve launched our official bot: @restsify_bot

This allows you to manage orders directly from Telegram — no need to stay in the admin panel.

What you can do in Telegram:

1. Receive new order notifications
2. Change order status:
3. Accept
4. Reject
5. In progress
6. Out for delivery
7. Stay synchronized with your website in real time

Full synchronization:

1. Changes in Telegram → instantly update on your website
2. Changes on website → reflected in Telegram
3. Customers see live order status updates

🔒 Customer Blocking System

To help manage problematic situations, we’ve added a customer restriction feature.

You can now:

1. Block a specific customer
2. Block by IP address
3. Set a temporary restriction period

This is especially useful for:

1. Fake orders
2. Abuse prevention
3. Operational control
